The Role

We’re looking for a full-time Chiropractic Assistant to help carry out our mission. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, highly organized, and maintains a high level of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Guide new patients through their Welcome Visit and orient them to the office
• Manage appointments in online scheduling software
• Manage the flow of patients through the office
• Take, upload, and prepare X-rays
• Perform nervous system scans
• Assist in teaching patients exercises and setting them up in traction
• Process payments as needed
• Participate in community outreach events, as required

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (key to this role)
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, high-volume environment
• A friendly, joyful demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and chiropractic care
• Willingness to adapt, learn, and grow in the role
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Experience in customer service or a healthcare setting
• Experience using online scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) is strongly preferred

Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Expected hours: 38–40 per week (full-time)

• Starting pay: $26–$30 per hour
