CareSource is seeking an Intake Scheduling Specialist in Brooklyn, NY to process referrals, explain program benefits, and resolve Medicaid issues with the Entitlement department. The role schedules RN visits and ensures accurate data entry while supporting the Intake/Outreach team. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 2 years of healthcare experience, and proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and Outlook shared mailboxes.
