What You’ll Do Developing and growing new business accounts Building lasting relationships with clients across industries Managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to account management Connecting via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings Delivering win-win solutions that drive success for clients and candidates Who You Are 2+ years of proven sales success A passion for selling and relationship-building Strong communication skills, confident communicating across all levels A self-starter mindset with a competitive edgeA great sense of humor and team spirit What You Get Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission. The average employee in the company makes $65,000-100,000 in Y1, $70,000-100,000+ in Y2.
