HR Generalist/Partner

What it's aboutWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to be a part of a high performing team. The HR Generalist will report to the Regional Head of Human Resources in Broomfield, CO. In this role you will support employees and managers in the entire employment lifecycle. You will work closely with employees, key contacts in business, colleagues in the Centers of Expertise, and external service providers. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who prioritizes the client’s experience, is resourceful and adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This role will be hybrid: 4 days onsite/1 day remote.Key responsibilities of the role will be: Support Regional Head HR with strategic business initiativesCollaborate with a variety of global HR functions and contribute to process efficiencies, global standardization and project workLead the employee lifecycle activities for our US, Canada, and Brazil offices, including:Onboarding and offboarding – lead orientation for new joiners and exit process for leavers Manage employees’ internal transfers and assignmentsManage employee leave cases, including coordination of company-paid leave, FMLA, CO-FAMLI, disability benefitsEmployee file and documentation management in HRIS Support on benefits administration topics, including open enrollmentManage work authorization process, including visa and green card processes in coordination with immigration counselEnsuring compliance with local labor laws (including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, state mandated FMLA, and other employment regulations) and staying abreast of legislation changesServe as a point of contact for all employee questions regarding benefits, policies and employee relationsSupport with employee relations case managementBack-up support for multi-state payroll including long-term incentives, benefits plans, and preparation of all necessary reportingProcess improvement mindset Actively contribute to global HR projects to further develop the HR functionPrepare HR reports, statistics, and data upon requestGain a thorough understanding of the business by staying informed about industry trends, Partners Group culture, company policies, and organizational structuresRespond and resolve employee inquires through ticketing portal (ServiceNow) .newspaper { }What we expect Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.5-10 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, ideally in financial or professional services and global, complex environmentsExcellent communication skills; strong desire to learn; high attention to detail; effective interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented, high-volume environmentAbility to prioritize and work independently being resourceful and adaptableProficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and ExcelExtensive experience with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors and ADP Workforce NowProven ability to analyze data from diverse sources to identify key insights and trends, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning.Strong interpersonal skills for effectively supporting employees and businesses on HR matters What we offer Partners Group is a global financial institution that retains the culture, pace and agility of a start-up. Base pay range for this role is $106,000 -$125,000, and a performance-based bonus are additional parts of the total compensation package.
