PRO Skijor is the fastest-growing winter action sports property in the country. Combining the adrenaline of equestrian sports with high-speed skiing, we operate a highly scalable, visually spectacular "touring festival" model. Last year alone, we sold 25,000 tickets, generated $1M in total revenue, and built a massive organic social footprint. We bring the stadium to the snow, and our highly engaged, outdoor-enthusiast audience is exactly who regional brands want to reach.

The Role

We are seeking a highly connected, fiercely driven Director of Regional Partnerships to take our sponsorship revenue to the next level. While national brands require massive broadcast scale, our regional metrics are a goldmine for local and multi-state businesses looking to dominate the Mountain West winter market.

You will not be selling standard "logo on a banner" packages. You will be building creative, high-ROI physical activations and digital content integrations for regional brands. If you have a deep Rolodex of local decision-makers and know how to close five- and six-figure deals, you will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Prospect, pitch, and close regional sponsorship deals ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+ across our winter event tour and digital channels.
• Leverage Your Network: Immediately tap into your existing relationships across major auto dealership groups, regional grocery chains, big-box retailers, car wash franchises, and local out-of-home (billboard) companies.
• Build Custom Activations: Work with brands to solve the "winter venue" challenge, designing creative on-site activations (e.g., a dealership truck towing a skier, a grocery chain sponsoring the warm-up tent) that deliver measurable ROI without logistical nightmares.
• Sell the Hybrid Model: Pitch a modern sponsorship mix—combining live, on-site event presence with our highly viral digital and social media reach.
• Manage the Pipeline: Track all sales activity, provide accurate revenue forecasting, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution and on-site fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Location: Must be based in Salt Lake City, Denver, or Boise with the ability to travel to remote winter event locations across the region.
• Experience: 5+ years in local/regional B2B sales, media sales, sports sponsorship, or experiential marketing.
• The Rolodex: Proven, active relationships with CMOs, marketing directors, and regional managers in the automotive, retail, grocery, and local services sectors within the Mountain West.
• Consultative Seller: You understand that you aren't just selling impressions; you are solving business problems for local brands and proving ROI.
• Grit and Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and don't mind getting your boots snowy to ensure a sponsor's on-site activation goes perfectly.

• Competitive base salary with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure (expected OTE $100,000 - $180,000+ in Year 1).
