Receiving Clerk

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for assisting with the receiving, sorting, labeling, and issuing of student packages.

Responsibilities:

• Punctual
• Accountable for actions
• Detail-oriented
• Customer service-oriented
• Process packages
• Distribute packages
• Communication skills
• Data entry, other administrative duties
• Adhere to policies and procedures
• Ability to stand, reach overhead, and bend consistently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to learn and use software program
• Ability to work in a fast-paced open environment

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a current Albany State student enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours.
• Computer Experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, reach overhead, and bend
