Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies.

• Manage timely invoice payments while adhering to established payment terms.

• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate payment discrepancies.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or related accounting experience.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice management, and accounting principles.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and manufacturing industry experience are highly desired.

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
