The right people are.” Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their client's team in California. This position plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable process. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities Processing and managing accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately. Ensuring timely payments to vendors and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and updating them in the financial system. Collaborating with the finance team to support month‑end closing activities. Communicating with vendors to address payment inquiries and provide necessary information. Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy and appropriate approvals. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and documentation as needed. Requirements Experience in accounts payable or a related financial role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Required Work Hours 1st Shift Benefits Details on benefits will be provided during the hiring process.
