CFS is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our HR team in Farmington, CT. You will administer employee benefits programs, manage leave processes, and provide exceptional support to employees across benefit offerings. Reporting to the Director of Benefits Administration & Operations, you will ensure accurate data, stay compliant with ERISA/COBRA/ACA/FMLA/HIPAA, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and benefit vendors to improve processes and the employee experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
