Job Title: Process Control Specialist
Location: Lexington, KY
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Process Control Specialist to support manufacturing operations by monitoring production processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining process control systems. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to learn all aspects of the operation, including waste treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with production and management teams to improve and modify control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process control issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of control instruments and equipment.
- Train and support team members on process control systems and operational best practices.
- Learn and assist with waste treatment processes to ensure compliance with company and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn waste treatment operations.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety protocols.
- Previous manufacturing or process control experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule required.
- Must be available to work weekends as needed.
Compensation
- Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
