Job Role

• Create Tailored Therapy Approaches: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapeutic plans that assist in realizing their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday living skills.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Instruct patients and caregivers on therapeutic practices that promote continuous improvement and support at-home recovery.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and refine therapeutic strategies as necessary to keep everyone on the path to success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications.

Licensure and Credentials

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
