Core Responsibilities First point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing, Slack, and walk‑ups. Device lifecycle management: procurement, imaging, deployment, repair, decommission. New‑hire onboarding and off‑boarding: account provisioning, access grants, equipment setup, termination flows. Identity and access management (Okta, Azure AD) including MFA rollout and access reviews. MDM administration (Jamf, Intune) – configuration policies, OS/app patching, compliance enforcement. Endpoint troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android; escalation of L2/L3 issues with documentation. SLA tracking, ticket hygiene, knowledge base and runbook maintenance. Networking support: Wi‑Fi, VPN, DHCP/DNS, conference room AV. Automation to reduce manual toil via scripting, workflow tools, AI integration.
