Information Technology Project Manager

A leader in the enterprise technology industry is hiring an IT Project Manager in Columbus, OH for a hybrid position, onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Salary starts at $135,000. Opportunity to lead large-scale enterprise programs. Work with cutting-edge AI-enabled project management practices. Collaborative environment with executive leadership. Supportive team development and mentorship opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Seven or more years of project management experience, including five years leading enterprise Agile programs. Proven experience with enterprise Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile. Strong knowledge of portfolio management, dependency management, and financial governance. Certifications such as PMP and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are required; additional certifications in Lean Portfolio Management, AI, or Agile transformation preferred. Provide strategic leadership over complex enterprise portfolios and programs. Establish vision, priorities, and value-delivery roadmaps with executive stakeholders. Oversee portfolio governance, Agile program delivery, and value realization. Develop executive dashboards, risk mitigation strategies, and AI-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Mentor and support Project Managers across the organization to foster delivery excellence and Agile maturity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
