Patients trust us to receive the right personalized care where and when they need it – in our care centers, at home or virtually – to improve their health outcomes and quality of life.Schedule: Potential for four 10-hour shifts (8 am-7pm) as an alternative to the standard Monday–Friday schedule.Responsibilities:Provide Internal Medicine/Family Practice Services to patients.Interview, examine, and treat clinical patients.Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.Provide referrals based on examination and patient needs.Participate in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.Assist in the resolution of complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients.Maintain confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations.Complete medical records (EMR) documentation daily.Cover night calls as needed.Possible hospital rounding once every two months.Qualifications:MD or DO degree.Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board certification. If board eligible, must become board certified within 12 months.DEA license required.For Carelon Health business unit, satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.Compensation Range: $211,369.00 to $317,053.00The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
