Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized tools and therapeutic evaluation techniques. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals, updating them regularly based on progress and feedback. Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions through virtual platforms, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, and psychoeducation. Monitor client progress rigorously, adjusting treatment strategies in real-time to ensure the best possible outcomes. Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing de-escalation techniques effectively. Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic client care. Engage in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with the latest therapeutic practices and mental health trends. Participate in regular supervision meetings and training opportunities to continuously enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Uphold the ethical standards and guidelines as determined by relevant licensing boards, ensuring compliance in all professional activities. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults across different demographics. Our focus is on individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R). Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnosis capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening. A dedicated approach to client welfare, showcasing warm rapport with clients. Ability to work independently as well as being a team player in a virtual setting. Understanding of ethical guidelines and laws applicable to mental health practices. Preferred Experience A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field is mandatory. Experience providing telehealth services or familiarity with digital therapy platforms is highly desirable. Knowledge of advanced therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is preferred. Compensation and Benefits At Great Bliss Psychotherapy Services, we believe in compensating our team fairly for their valuable contributions. The salary range for this position is set at $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include: 401k retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
