Program Manager in Asset Management (1137439)

Program Manager- Asset Management Location: Boston, MA. Salary: $111,000 – $115,000 annually. The Program Manager will lead and deliver strategic asset management initiatives across front, middle, and back-office functions. This role is responsible for planning, execution, and governance of projects related to sales & distribution, investment operations, regulatory change, and technology transformation. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management, delivery execution, and deep financial services domain expertise. Experience working with global teams and third-party vendors is preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across business and IT teams Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables Drive project governance, risk management, and reporting Manage onsite-offshore team coordination and vendor relationships Provide regular project status updates and executive-level presentations Support relationship management with business stakeholders and end clients Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Program or Project Manager in financial services Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence Ability to manage risk, budgets, and timelines effectively Asset Management Domain Expertise Understanding of front, middle, and back-office operations Experience with investment products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, mutual funds, and ETFs Knowledge of portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes Familiarity with NAV calculation, fund accounting, and performance attribution Regulatory knowledge (SEC, FINRA, AML, KYC, ESG reporting) Experience with asset management platforms (OMS, market data, reference data) Exposure to institutional and intermediary asset management business Technical Skills Cloud Technologies: AWS DevOps Tools: Jenkins Code Quality & Security Tools: Veracode, SonarQube, X-ray Data & ETL: AWS Glue, Snowflake, data pipelines Project Tools: Jira, Confluence Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master experience is a plus) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with global delivery teams Vendor management experience Strong presentation and executive communication skills Background in asset management sales and distribution #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
