Job Title: Program Manager - Asset Management Location: Boston, MA Experience: 8+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Asset Management domain expertise to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across front-office, middle-office, and back-office functions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project/program management experience, investment management knowledge, and technology transformation expertise. This role will be responsible for driving large-scale business and technology programs involving investment operations, sales & distribution, regulatory initiatives, data platforms, and cloud transformation while collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, and global delivery organizations. Required Skills Program & Project Management 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing global delivery teams and third-party vendors Expertise in: Agile Methodologies Scrum Framework Sprint Planning & Grooming Risk & Issue Management Budget & Resource Management Hands‑on experience with: JIRA Confluence Asset Management Domain Expertise Strong understanding of: Front Office Middle Office Back Office Operations Experience with: Portfolio Management Trade Lifecycle Management Investment Operations Fund Accounting NAV Calculations Performance & Attribution Knowledge of investment products: Equities Fixed Income Derivatives Mutual Funds ETFs Experience supporting: Sales & Distribution Institutional Business Intermediary Business Market Data & Reference Data Management Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge of: SEC
