Kitchen Manager

Finney's Crafthouse is a family-owned American-fare gastropub that offers a scratch kitchen, craft cocktails, and 30 craft beers on tap. We are dedicated to creating a family dining experience that speaks to the local community and creates regulars through exceptional food, drinks, and most importantly, service. About the Role We are looking for a Restaurant Kitchen Leader who is committed to quality service, team building, and wanting to be part of a growing company! Responsibilities Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to ensure consistency and quality. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures. Oversee BOH hiring, training, and BOH development. Manage any administrative responsibilities required for the restaurant. This may include onboarding, invoices, daily & monthly forms. Assist in analyzing weekly sales reports, identifying trends, and suggesting ways to improve profitability. Work directly with your General Manager & FOH team to build a strong culture between FOH & BOH together. Commit to a minimum 5-day, 45-hour work week to ensure a smooth kitchen operation. Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, oversee shift management, and handle restaurant operations efficiently. Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Demonstrated supervisory experience with a strong background in team management, training & development, and staff interviewing. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations applicable to the food industry. Experience in managing inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes in casual dining or fine dining settings. Required Skills Leadership and team management.
