The focus is on new client acquisition across mid-size and enterprise markets, with offerings that include direct hire, contingent staffing, and managed service programs.Role Summary:Seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Executive to lead new business development within the staffing industry. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of closing mid-market and enterprise accounts and is well-connected within the talent acquisition and workforce solutions space. This role is 100% remote with occasional travel to industry events.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and close new accounts across Fortune 1000 and mid-market segmentsManage full sales cycle from outreach to onboardingPromote direct hire, contingent staffing, and MSP-style servicesBuild and maintain long-term client relationships at multiple decision-making levelsRepresent the company at key staffing industry conferences and eventsMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering, etc.)Proven ability to acquire new business in staffing or managed servicesFamiliarity with RPO, MSP, or VMS models preferredStrong relationships within talent acquisition, procurement, and workforce program communitiesConfident communicator with consultative sales skills and strategic thinkingMust be tech-savvy and proficient with Zoom, CRM tools (Dynamics preferred), Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookWillingness to travel 23 times annually for conferencesAdditional Information:Must reside in the U.S.This is a remote role with autonomy and high visibility in a collaborative team environmentJ-18808-Ljbffr The Expert Recruiter Group
