Real Estate Associate

Blank Rome LLP has a special opportunity for a Real Estate Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join our rapidly expanding practice. Candidates can be based out of our Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C., offices.The ideal candidate would be savvy in negotiating the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, construction, and financing of real estate projects. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players who are comfortable directly interfacing with clients and leading matters as appropriate. Outstanding academic and professional credentials are needed to join this exciting, energetic, fast-paced team. Experience in a large law firm setting is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington, D.C. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions at this time . The target annual pay range for this role in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Washington, D.C., is $260,000 - $375,000. Positions outside ofChicago, Los Angeles, New York and Washington, D.C., will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome’s total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance.
