Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to understand the mental health conditions of patients, followed by developing individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other client-preferred modalities.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA and all regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of client information.

• Working alongside an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Engaging in regular supervision and peer review sessions to refine therapeutic practices and enhance team effectiveness.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and resources within the community to empower them in their care journeys.

• Staying current with the latest research and developments in mental health treatment to continuously improve your practice.

• Overseeing a full caseload of patients, ensuring they achieve their treatment objectives efficiently and ethically, following the guidelines set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals facing significant life challenges associated with end-of-life issues, terminal illnesses, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
