This Contract Renewal Specialist opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, Pricing, and the broader Sales Enablement team to prepare and deliver comprehensive rebid submissions and contract renewal packages for existing client accounts. This role plays an important part in supporting client retention by transforming contract terms, operational insights, historical data, and pricing considerations into clear and persuasive renewal materials.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience supporting rebids, contract renewals, proposals, pricing, sales operations, or similar functions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple rebids, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review contract terms, pricing considerations, and operational data
• Ability to develop clear, accurate, and persuasive renewal and rebid materials
• Experience reviewing contracts, pricing models, wage information, or related documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, Pricing, and other internal stakeholders
• Experience interpreting collective bargaining agreements, prevailing wage schedules, or other compliance-driven documentation is a plus
• Experience within security services, facilities, staffing, or another service-based industry is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full lifecycle of rebid and contract renewal submissions, including timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal stakeholders
• Support existing client accounts with pricing updates, contract revisions, service adjustments, and renewal-related documentation
• Analyze current contract terms, wages, union requirements, cost drivers, and vendor pricing to develop accurate renewal models
• Develop clear and well-structured rebid proposals, including pricing exhibits, narratives, and required supporting documents
• Partner with Sales and Operations to validate scope, staffing assumptions, wage escalators, and service model details
• Review and interpret collective bargaining agreements and prevailing wage schedules to help ensure compliance and accuracy
• Track contract expiration dates, renewal cycles, and upcoming rebid requirements to ensure timely submissions
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Pricing, and Sales Enablement throughout the renewal and rebid process
• Help ensure renewal materials accurately reflect client expectations and the organization’s service commitments
• Support account retention efforts by creating consistent, accurate, and strategically positioned renewal materials
