Executive Administrative Assistant

A2 Buildings

A2 is a New York-based real estate development firm focused on the adaptive re-use of historic buildings. The company has successfully completed over 20,000 square feet of development projects and has an additional 60,000 square feet currently underway. With extensive experience, the founders manage over 7,000 apartments in NYC and have overseen over 1.5 million square feet of construction throughout their careers. A2 is committed to preserving architectural history while innovating modern functional spaces. Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a variety of administrative and bookkeeping functions. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office supplies/management, monitoring internal financials, and supporting staff with any administrative needs in the combined A Squared Buildings and Effectus Group offices. Our primary office is located in Brooklyn, New York. This position may require travel to our properties in and around Hudson, NY on an at-most bi-monthly basis. Financial and operations support Process expense reports Track invoice and budgets Track company operating expenses Manage business licenses, insurance, and corporate registration Schedule meetings and appointments Prep materials for meetings Handling travel arrangements both personal and professional Managing communication and correspondence Formatting presentations and reports Organizing documents and files Administer project related errands Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar administrative role.
