The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to take on a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and nurturing exceptional client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales performance across various channels, including digital inbound, concierge, retail boutiques, and events. This hands-on position demands a leader who can build and maintain a disciplined commercial engine while preserving the unique qualities of luxury watch selling. Key responsibilities include owning the sales strategy, funnel management, CRM and clienteling, training, and optimization across all sales channels. The role also requires a true passion for horology, with deep knowledge of the industry, major brands, collections, and collector interests to ensure credibility with both clients and the sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in luxury, watches, jewelry, specialty retail, e-commerce, or a similar high-touch, considered-purchase environment. They must demonstrate a strong command of consultative and relationship-based selling, particularly for high-value purchases, and have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams. The role calls for a leader with excellent communication, judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills, who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in sales process improvement, CRM discipline, and clienteling programs is essential, as is the ability to forecast, analyze, and optimize sales performance. The candidate should be willing to travel regularly and be adept at coaching both frontline sales professionals and sales managers to enhance conversion and productivity.
