What You’ll Do Provide legal advice to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence Conduct client consultations to assess legal issues and gather relevant information Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings Prepare discovery requests and responses (interrogatories, subpoenas, document production) Draft settlement agreements and child custody arrangements Prepare Case Information Statements, including adept review of tax returns Attend hearings, trials, and conferences, advocating on behalf of clients Maintain accurate and organized case files and client communication and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely and efficient case management Work with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about case progress and strategy What We’re Looking For Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in New Jersey Minimum of 3–6 years of family law experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr SalesBountyHunter
