Job Summary We are looking for a battle-tested Aggressive Sales Closer who dominates the sales floor. This is a high-intensity role for someone who thrives on pressure, loves the chase, and has zero hesitation when it comes to asking for the sale — multiple times if needed. You will hunt leads, crush objections, and consistently close motorcycle deals while maintaining relentless follow-up. If you’re competitive, thick-skinned, and driven then we want to talk to you! Key Responsibilities Aggressive Selling & Closing: Proactively engage every walk-in, phone lead, and internet inquiry with high energy and urgency. Use bold, direct closing techniques to convert prospects into buyers quickly: Hard assumptive closes Takeaway / reverse closes Urgency and scarcity tactics Relentlessly pursue leads through phone, text, email, and social media until the deal is closed. Make outbound calls and follow-ups daily to warm and cold leads. Work the floor with intensity — no tire-kickers left unattended. Maintain a full sales pipeline and update religiously. Additional Duties Stay extremely knowledgeable about our inventory, competitor pricing, and current manufacturer incentives. Deliver a high-energy customer experience that turns buyers into loyal advocates (and referral sources). Complete all sales documentation, and compliance with speed and accuracy. Collaborate with the management team to identify and attack new sales opportunities. Manage sales team and train on techniques on how to close. Maximize every transaction with high gross profit, protection packages, accessories, and service add-ons. Hit and exceed aggressive monthly sales quotas consistently. Qualifications & Skills Proven aggressive closing track record (motorcycles, cars, boats, RVs, or similar preferred). Thick skin and high resilience — you don’t take “no” personally. Strong motorcycle knowledge or genuine passion for the riding lifestyle (riding experience strongly preferred). Competitive, dominant, and money-motivated personality. Excellent verbal communication with the ability to command conversations. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
