Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples and families as well as individual sessions, focusing on areas such as communication difficulties, family conflicts, and emotional challenges.
\n
• Specialize in addressing issues including alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.

• Document patient progress, maintaining complete and accurate records in line with state regulations and best practices.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse patient population, including couples, families, and individuals navigating complex emotional and relational issues. You will specialize in supporting those experiencing challenges related to blended families, adjustment to divorce, and mental health concerns. Your empathetic approach will foster a safe space where clients can explore their emotions and work towards healing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
