If you’re ready to travel the world (up to 50%) and make a measurable impact, we want to hear from you.How you’ll make an impactLead business development activities focused on the FACTS market segment in the U.S.Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with strategic growth goals.Collaborate with engineering, sales, and proposal teams to craft winning solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Your backgroundBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Technical Sales, Project Management, Bids & Proposals, or Business Development in FACTS applications.Proven success in client engagement and revenue growth.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Willingness to travel extensively—up to 40–50% domestically and internationally.Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.More about usWe pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
