What You'll Do

• Diagnose and stage various cancers through clinical assessments, imaging, and labs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including chemo, radiation, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Manage side effects and provide supportive care to improve quality of life
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, nurses, and navigation specialists
• Participate in clinical trials and contribute to research and quality improvement projects
• Stay current with oncology guidelines and treatment advancements
• Mentor other healthcare staff and contribute to department initiatives

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Vermont or eligibility for licensure
• Experience in oncology preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care
