Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Riverside, CA. This role is ideal for a well-rounded human resources professional who enjoys supporting employees, maintaining compliance, coordinating HR programs, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

The HR Generalist will play an important role in employee relations, onboarding, benefits coordination, HRIS data maintenance, compliance, and general HR administration. Key Responsibilities

- Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR inquiries.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, employee records, and HRIS data updates.
- Coordinate benefits administration, leave processes, and related employee communications.
- Support performance management, training programs, and departmental HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Riverside, CA.
