Compliance Analyst - Public Infrastructure and Transit Compliance

Job Title Compliance Analyst – Public Infrastructure & Transit Compliance Job Description We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., ADA, MWBE, ISO, MAP-21) in major public infrastructure programs. You will support contract compliance audits, reporting frameworks, and document reviews to maintain the integrity and transparency of large-scale transit and IT modernization efforts. Key Responsibilities Monitor and report compliance with ADA, ISO 9001, MWBE goals, and MAP-21 standards. Conduct document audits and internal compliance reviews. Prepare regulatory filings and generate compliance reports for oversight agencies. Collaborate with legal, procurement, and quality teams to address compliance risks. Maintain up-to-date records on policies and procedures. Support internal and external audits, investigations, and training sessions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Law, Compliance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience 5+ years of experience in public sector or transit-related compliance. Familiarity with government contracting standards and reporting processes.
