Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Capture Manager to drive growth and lead opportunity capture efforts across key markets. This is a high-impact role suited for a self-starter who can take ownership of the full lifecycle-from opportunity identification through proposal submission.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end capture process , from opportunity inception and qualification through proposal development and submission
Identify, track, develop, and manage pipeline for new business opportunities within commercial and federal sectors
Lead capture planning, competitive analysis, and solution positioning
Operate with limited oversight , taking full ownership of pipeline and deliverables

What You'll Need

Experience in business development, capture management, or related roles in security, low voltage, or technology integration space
Proven ability to manage opportunities through the full sales/capture lifecycle
Strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
