Litigation Paralegal

Job Description Job Description Cole Huber LLP, a defense-side law firm focusing on local government clients, is hiring a highly motivated, experienced, litigation paralegal who has proficiency with a wide range of legal technology. The ideal candidate will possess superior organizational and verbal/written communication skills, proactive in confidently managing all phases of litigation matters. Responsibilities will include: Pretrial and trial preparation, including witness coordination, trial notebook preparation, exhibit management, preparation of trial demonstratives, and trial subpoenas Document management and review, including hardcopy and electronic document review for discovery proceedings, preparing summaries and privilege logs, and organizing and managing material for responses Manage ESI issues, including data mining, coordination with IT personnel (clients and ESI management firms), database management, and related tasks Pleading and discovery preparation, including drafting, review and revision of various legal documents Background investigation, property searches, judicial and expert witness research Liaison functions with experts, witnesses, co-counsel, and others Any other legal-related duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications: BA/BS and/or paralegal certificate/degree required 5+ years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal Articulate, organized team player with excellent writing skills Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Must be highly proficient in discovery management software, large document productions, and use of research platforms Offering: Competitive Salary, to be determined by experience ($95,000 to $115,000) Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, 401(k)) Paid Vacation/Sick Leave
