Voor onze groeiende KMO in de voedingssector zoeken we een Application Support Analyst die mee het verschil maakt in onze IT- en applicatieomgeving.In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor applicatievragen en bied je eerstelijnsondersteuning aan onze gebruikers. Je denkt mee over oplossingen, volgt wijzigingen en verbeteringen op en helpt onze business applicaties verder te optimaliseren. Dankzij jouw analytisch inzicht en hands-on aanpak zorg je mee voor een stabiele, gebruiksvriendelijke en toekomstgerichte omgeving.## Wat ga je doen?* Je ondersteunt collega’s bij vragen en problemen rond business applicaties.* Je behandelt first-line support en schakelt vlot door waar nodig.* Je beheert applicaties en volgt change requests, updates en verbeterprojecten op.* Je denkt mee over reporting, databeheer en procesoptimalisatie.* Je werkt samen met interne teams en externe partners in een multi-site omgeving.### Wat breng je mee?* Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in applicatiebeheer, functionele analyse of support.* Ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van Microsoft FSCM of Navision is een plus.* Interesse of ervaring in reporting tools zoals Power BI, en in EDI/API-integraties.* Je bent hulpvaardig en flexibel, en je voelt je goed in een teamomgeving.* Je bent communicatief sterk en analytisch aangelegd.* Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.* Je beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.### Wat mag je verwachten?* Een afwisselende functie met echte impact op onze organisatie.* Veel ruimte om mee te denken, te verbeteren en initiatief te nemen.* Een professionele maar mensgerichte werkomgeving waarin samenwerking centraal staat.* We streven naar een goede work/life balans door het aanbieden van een glijdend uurrooster.* We bieden jou een 4/5de of voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur met aantrekkelijk loon, aangevuld met leuke extra’s zoals eindejaarspremie, maaltijdcheques van € 10, mogelijkheid tot opbouw van ADV dagen, ecocheques, bonussysteem, cafetariaplan, groepsverzekering, occasionele thuiswerkdagen,...* Werk in een flexibele setting tussen onze sites in Vrasene en Lokeren.Klaar voor de volgende stap?Dan maken we graag kennis met jou.
