Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, practicing time management to prioritize client needs effectively.

• Document all client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and re-assessments, in compliance with Wellmore's standards and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including case managers, healthcare providers, and community organizations, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilize creative therapeutic techniques to engage clients and help them work towards their specific goals, whether through individual, family, or group therapy.

• Prepare for and participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to improve therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your interventions will focus on addressing mental health challenges, improving family dynamics, and providing support for those overcoming addiction and trauma. A deep understanding of family therapy services and community resources is essential to meet the varied needs of our client population effectively.

Qualifications\n
