Manufacturing Associate
We are looking for a diligent and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift in our dispenser build department. In this role, you will perform a variety of manufacturing processes to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process
- Contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Accurately complete required production documentation
Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of industry best practices and manufacturing workflows
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- Experience in diagnostics or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus, but not required
Additional Information
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US
- Training will be provided as needed
