Manufacturing Associate

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate Location: Tucson, AZ Shift: Second Shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) Pay Rate: $20 per hour About the Role We are looking for a diligent and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift in our dispenser build department. In this role, you will perform a variety of manufacturing processes to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Perform manufacturing procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process Contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives Accurately complete required production documentation Qualifications 0-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Basic knowledge of industry best practices and manufacturing workflows Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed Experience in diagnostics or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus, but not required Additional Information Candidates must be authorized to work in the US Training will be provided as needed Kelly is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified employees and applicants regardless of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or any other legally protected status, and we take affirmative action to recruit, employ, and advance qualified individuals with disabilities and protected veterans in the workforce.
