Responsibilities As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development, customer engagement, pipeline management, and profit and loss (P/L) management within an assigned territory, while cultivating and expanding existing accounts to achieve optimal sales volume profitability. Develop and implement comprehensive new business development strategies to drive company growth and create actionable plans to capture new business. Identify customer needs and propose Transcend solutions to tackle their business challenges. Collaborate with potential or existing customers and relevant parties to promote mutually beneficial relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to align business development strategies with broader company objectives. Cultivate strong customer relationships while consistently exploring and engaging new prospects. Create compelling proposals and presentations to target new business opportunities. Regularly track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, business development activities, and market trends to senior management, using this data to refine strategies and improve performance. Travel will be required for customer site visits, industry events, and tradeshows. Any other assigned miscellaneous tasks by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Goal‑oriented individual to develop new business and achieve sales targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and implement effective business development strategies. Team‑oriented professional who thrives both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic technical sales environment. Willingness to travel as required (domestic). Experience in the technology hardware or embedded industry is highly desirable. Competitive base pay ($75,000 - $96,000 annually) + commission. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
