What We're Looking For A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least three years of outside sales experience. A self‑motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong organizational skills to navigate any challenges that arise. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with customers.
