Business Development Representative
Easton, PA (On-site) | Full Time | Local travel — Lehigh Valley area
About the RoleDrive new business in a B2B sales role where you're out in the field, building relationships, and delivering real staffing solutions to clients. You'll work closely with our recruitment team to turn prospects into long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do- Prospect and close new B2B business through direct, in-person outreach
- Own your territory — face-to-face outreach to decision-makers
- Build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Develop sales strategies , hit targets, and conduct market research
- Negotiate contracts and prepare sales reports
- Network and attend events to grow your pipeline
- Partner with our recruitment team to deliver staffing solutions
- 2.5–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong skills in lead generation, market research, and networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Staffing industry experience is a plus , not required
