Event Assistant

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Dallas team as an Event Assistant About the Role: As part of this role, you will represent respected nonprofit organizations at live events, engaging with the public, sharing each charity’s mission, and encouraging involvement or contributions. You’ll play a meaningful part in helping causes gain visibility while also developing valuable communication and people skills. Key Responsibilities: Engage face-to-face with event attendees at booths, pop-ups, and public spaces Represent charitable organizations by sharing their values, mission, and goals Explain how individuals can get involved or support each cause Perform live presentations or product demos (depending on the campaign) Set up and manage visually appealing displays Answer questions clearly and confidently, providing relevant information Collect feedback and relay insights to the internal team Distribute materials and create a lasting, positive impression for each organization Participate in training sessions to strengthen communication and outreach skills What We’re Looking For: A warm, engaging personality with excellent communication skills Someone who is passionate about helping others and making a difference Comfortable speaking with new people in a face-to-face setting Reliable, professional, and eager to learn Able to work on their feet and handle fast-paced event environments Prior experience in events, promotions, or fundraising is helpful but not required What You’ll Receive: Weekly pay with performance-based bonuses Full training and ongoing support Opportunities for career advancement A friendly, supportive team environment A chance to represent inspiring causes and make a meaningful impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
