The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mattawan seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective manufacturing clients.
• Present and demonstrate manufacturing product solutions to potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with external sales teams to support territory growth.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and understand customer needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
