Customer Service Representative

Baxter seeks a Customer Service Representative to provide support for rental therapy surfaces and bariatric products in a healthcare call center environment. The role handles customer inquiries, technical support, and coordination with field service and account management teams across multiple shift options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for rental therapy surfaces, bariatric products, and after-hours technical support
• Answer customer inquiries about products, operations, and technical matters; escalate billing and pricing questions to Clinical Account Managers
• Maintain technical product expertise through ongoing training on product updates and technology changes
• Investigate and resolve customer issues in collaboration with internal sales and field service teams
• Meet performance expectations for quality, adherence, attendance, and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Healthcare industry experience considered a plus; bilingual Spanish a plus

Compensation: $33,600-$46,200 base annually
