POSITION SUMMARY :

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for direct sales of all Bettcher Processing Equipment to the meat and poultry industries within the assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The duties & responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: Drive regional sales growth through new account acquisition and expansion of existing relationships Lead customer transitions to new product platforms and support adoption initiatives Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate leadership and plant management Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of Bettcher solutions Identify and pursue competitive opportunities to increase market share Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, customer data, and territory performance Maintain strong account management practices and identify new business opportunities Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational alignment Provide regular reporting and market insights to support sales strategy and product development

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years proven regional sales management experience Proven growth through new customer acquisition and large account management success Knowledge of food processing a plus Employment at Bettcher Industries is contingent upon the successfully completing both a pre-employment background check and a drug screening.
