Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Nesco Resource is hirinhg for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk located in the LaVergne area. Great pay and benefits!
Pay rate - $20.00 per hour
Shift - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Summary of Role: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk handles incoming and outgoing materials,
ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting efficient project staging for the panel
fabrication process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload and receive materials via Small Package, LTL, and TL shipments
• Match quantity and part numbers to packing lists and purchase orders
• Locate material to project staging cart and check off of BOM
• Date stamp and initial packing list for transfer to Admin
• Process staging cart paperwork for setup
• Appropriately pack materials for shipping with weight and dimensions
• Request Bills of Lading (BOL) from Admin and provide appropriate information
• Match shipping documents to package for pickup

Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to read and understand packing lists, BOMs, and shipping documents
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Physical ability to handle packages and materials safely
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and
interpret documents such as safety rules, packing lists, BOMs, shipping labels, and
procedure manuals.

• On-site
• Panel fabrication facility
Physical Demands:
• Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle materials
• Frequently required to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally required to participate in team lifting of items up to 100 pounds
• May require bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the workday
