Senior Grants Manager — Federal & State Funding Lead

SIHB is seeking a Senior Grants Manager to oversee post‑award activities for a portfolio of federal, state, and foundation grants. You will manage budgets, ensure compliance, and coordinate reporting and audits across clinical teams and sponsors. With a focus on AI/AN populations, you will provide mentorship to Grant Managers and drive high standards in financial stewardship and internal controls in a fast‑paced healthcare setting on site in Seattle. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
