Human Resources Manager

Shape the future of HR across a growing international manufacturing business. Our client is an established global engineering and manufacturing organisation with operations across North America and Europe. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced North America HR Leader to partner with senior leadership and drive their people strategy across multiple locations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll influence culture, support business growth and ensure HR best practices are embedded throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead all HR activities across multiple US and Canadian locations. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition and employee development. Manage employee relations, performance management and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with US employment legislation (Canadian experience is advantageous). Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR reporting. Develop and improve HR policies, processes and people initiatives. What We're Looking For 5+ years' HR experience within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment. Experience supporting multiple sites. Strong knowledge of US employment law. Commercial mindset with the confidence to influence managers and senior leaders. HRIS experience and strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
