When someone suffers a loss to their property (think fire, water, or storm damage) we are there to carefully pack up all their belongings, clean them if needed and store them in our climate-controlled warehouse before carefully bringing everything back to them in an effort to get their lives back to normal.


We are currently looking for a Administrative Assistant at our Norfolk location due to rapid growth in the Hampton Roads Market.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Be able to effectively communicate with clients in a polite and courteous manner
  • Ability to learn and understand the sales procedures
  • Assist with scheduling of projects with vendors and clients
  • Assist with sending required documents for signature to vendors and clients
  • Generate and track reports as necessary and sending them to the appropriate departments
Requirements:
  • Must have a Clean Driving Record and a Valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to Pass a Drug Test
  • Must be able to Pass a Background Check (7 Years)
  • Must be willing to Show up Daily and Work as a Part of our High Performing Team
  • Must have 3-5 Years of Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator Experience
  • Must have Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Must have the ability to learn New Technical Systems
