Email and Automation Specialist

• Deploy one-off and recurring email campaigns for internal partners.
• Build emails within an email marketing platform using WYSIWYG and HTML editors.
• Use Eloqua to create and launch automated campaigns.
• Use the email review & approval process (test, proof, gather feedback, gain approval).
• Assist with analysis of campaign metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Support the improvement of team workflows and processes.

Required Skills:

• Ability and desire to learn new software, skills, and processes.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable communication skills and understanding of email marketing best practices and metrics.

Required Experience:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field

• 2-3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of the Eloqua marketing automation platform.
• Experience with audience segmentation tactics and best practices.
• Solid understanding of email consent and data regulations (GDPR, IDPDP).

Position Summary

Thi s position will be primarily based in the Washington D.C. office. ACS employees work a hybrid work schedule, consisting of working onsite, three days per week. ACS employees are in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday with the third in-office day scheduled in consultation with the manager. While always welcome to work in the office, employees may work the other two days of the week from a location of their choice. New employees are immediately eligible for this hybrid work arrangement. ACS offers relocation assistance, if applicable.
