We are searching for a Director of Sales in our growing Greenville, SC market. Responsibilities Provide strategic sales leadership across assigned markets by driving revenue performance and developing Sales Associates into high performers and future leaders. Community Positioning – Guide strategy on product, price, promotion and people. Stay ahead of trends through consistent reviews of the prospect funnel and engage fully in strategy for marketing messaging with Marketing Managers. Oversee the recruiting strategy to hire in advance of need. Field Coaching Requirement: Spend a minimum of 3 times per month in the community with each Sales Counselor to oversee community positioning, model excellence, and talent development. Key Performance Indicators Achieving Sales Plan: 100% achievement of division gross margin goals and net sales performance goals. Community Strategy: 100% successful community launches by achieving the launch goals. Operational Excellence: 100% completion of CMAs and Quarterly Business Plans with actionable items to improve pace/margin. Team Growth: Maintain bench strength through active Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and recruiting efforts.
